whats up with the mobs in hibernia?

seems like all are thinkin about world-domination... seen the same in the other realms, but not to such a extent... i mean.. about 70% of the mobs i kill is shouting "wooooorld domination" when they charge you O_O

These Siabra people have been trying to take over Hibernia for about 3 years now. But since they have been all standing in the same place for the past 3 years I don't think they are doing very well.
