I checked /quest list and the last one I made was Undead Infestation, I believe thats the quest name where you can get the cloak. Its quite easy to get, but a lot of riding.

Its called, Diseased Cloak of Winter. stats are:

Charisma -15
Body 10%
Cold 10%
Con 9

lvl 34 item..
Good luck

I have noted a lot of people are interested in that cloak due to the pattern. Why is that? It is not cloaked and the bordereffect is rudimentary. But as Gloriena said, the quest is very easy, just a lot of traveling in it.

coz i didn't wanna pay for oily rag

used two mp parts
have capped resists , stats , hits , staff , parry
