Whats the time?

Heh, funny question, but really, whats the time when you book a server? I received an email when I booked one that says 23:00 (GMT +1:00). Does that mean the server is actually booked for midnight, not 23:00? I don't get it. Its a British website that puts times as 1 hour in the past/future/whatever? Huh? Help.

As an assumption, I'd go with 23.00 being the time the server is allocated to one. as GMT + 1 is BST, which is what we're currently in (though the summer bit is on and off, stupid fucking british weather)
