Whats the fastest off-hand weapon we can get?

Looking for a 99qual+ 16.2dps+ offhand weapon with the lowest speed, nice util/proc would be nice but not terribly important. the only faster arti weapons are Croc Tooth/bladeshadow which is 3.5 and traitors is 3.4 I think. Im looking for something in the low 2.x if possible.

lgm heaters/cold war axes are 2.6spd and when combined with a 4.1 main hand and 10% toa haste and 20% healer haste you will swing at the cap speed of 1.5secs if you have 250qui when buffed

iirc tho there are some 2.4 weapons aswell but i prefer lgm cold/heat tho

I use a 2.4 speed crafted hand axe for offhand, allows you to attain cap speed with your standard 17% haste charges coupled with 10% toa haste and 250 quick.

Aye gazi's is 2.4 but crafted allows you to add your own proc

Obviously one should note that offhand dmg when using a faster weapon is not going to be extreme (50-70 compared to 95+ with a malice ofhand for example) but your DPS will be huge. DPS > big numbers.

hmm crafted 2.4 is 15dps if remember correct, fastest crafted 16.x is 2.7sec.

the lw offhands are your standard 16.5dps and 2.6 speed, the 2.4 speed crafted are 15.0 dps

It doesn't much matter though as I have an MP 2.4 speed offhand so the effective DPS is 15.0, where as it is very unlikely you will get an MP lw offhand to achieve true effective 16.5 dps anyway.
