Just wondering what the average price in ToAing a hunter is now days in Middy?

Like a couple of LG weapons, maybe GSV scrolls, +dex cap items etc?

well my hunters costs atm are up at well lets see SoM + scrolls 30p golden spear costed ml10 leather hauberk necklace 10p ring 10p bracer 25p old TG ozurs ring not many raids easy to obtain though about 10p belt 5p a few lgs 15p material costs and stil only 98% spears mp parts 3 12 p +most peeps use GoV i aint use that though but gov is would be about 40p with scrolls if mele e hunter mad tales 12p lets see sums it upp about
that would sum this upto about 140p or so

OR you could get ml3 and go farm the scrolls yourself in ml7 dungeon, get guild to help with arties and just buy the stuff that's too hard to get (TG stuff, legendary weaps if you have no crafters) which lowers price to say... 10-20p ?

Yeah prices are stupidly expensive now. You just have to do it yourself. I saw a scroll on the CM for 8plat or so, went and farmed it within 2 hours. Now that might have been luck but I knew it wasn't an uber rare scroll. If you have the resources to do it yourself you can get a good template quite cheaply, it costs between 3 and 10 plat for the armour+SC but the cost of the rest depends on how much you can do yourself.

I was lucky was able to fit some stuff into my old SC.. still it cost me around 30-40p.. havent got much of arrow bonus but got +9 to melee speed and use a heat weapon able to kill most assassins in a straight melee figth if they dont get pa in, and they usually dont since im mastery of stealth 3..

Getting a half decent ToA suit under 20-30p forget it not even if your a SCer your self and can farm scrolls with a bot..

Sitting on 8 artis activated and all just cant be arsed lvling em..

Tss, you can get good enough stuff cheap .. just do some of the toaquests, some ML´s and get one or 2 uber items and you are good to go.
I never understood why everyone must have the same template .. there are more ways to puzzle stuff together.

try camlann mateys. did a good semi ToA sc set (4 artis) and have payed about 2p for it so far (4 cloth MP pieces) (missing bits but will get them as soon as i get a fg to help me)

My very own Hunter template wasnt anywhere near 140p. I did not use Shades of the Mist wich ofcourse made it alot cheaper. I am at work now so I cant give details but I will later.

Its big advantage is that it offers a nice dex overcap, decent con overcap and decent resist... all that without counting on the stats of ranged or melee weapons. Weapons are totaly interchangeable wich I like alot. So far I have 2 legendary swords, traitors dagger for the Shade charge, 1 end regen sword and 1 with a cute ae fire proc. Didnt manage to get battler or golden spear yet but will try if I find the time.

Artis used are Ceremonial Bracer, Golden Scarab Vest and Mariasha Gloves. I cba to level more artis tbh. The only really rare thing I used is Desmona's Necklace (wich has very nice stats and ontop of that a 30sec 11dps dmg add increasing my damage output by ~10%).
Also have Braggarts Bow and am after Foolsbow but like I said, weapons are interchangeable so arti weapons aint needed. (My standard bow atm is Duskwood Cyclonebearded Bow.)

Mines 2 years old, and I play a scout normaly, and before that a SB, so as you can see I play rogues, but over 3 years, am I suddenly just another fotm retard? Stereotyping is naughty!

Think I'll try to get dex cap at least, and see what else I can have time for, thanks people for the rough guide on costs

my hunter was started almost a year ago (before people realised it was going to be NF fotm )

but im abit poor atm, so maybe in a few months... if i can afford to keep playing
