Hib/Prydwen sounds like a nice place. Although I don't play there so I cannot say for sure.

It has the lowest population of all three realms, but it also means that they co-operate better and that's what this game is about.

The Excalibur server has alot more people playing there and will probably out-live Prydwen. If you want to join Excal, I guess you'd do just as well on any server, so select one based on the class you want to play.
