How you ment to get crafted weapons these days?

For a whole day, i went from Gna, Aegirs Landing, Faraheim Jordheim looking for a weapon crafter..

Do people just ignore everyone who wants a weapon under level 45?

A whole day searching, so far, not even a "No, sorry no weapon crafters here"

People just ignore you,

I mise well just use merchant weapons, least they have the common Decency to talk...

The imps in df are more talkative imo.
I've given up trying to find a crafter outside my guild.

Sponsor a crafter in your guild...always the best way IMO.

I'm not exactly a Weapon Crafter, i'm a Fletcher, but i DO take "lowlvl" orders, so if some of you young hunters or casters out there need a staff or a Bow, i will make it for you, just contact me ingame and i'll log Ambush as soon as i have the time :)

something i usually got in stock is:
duskwood items
BG1 items

anything else i can make as long as it's within my Tradeskill :)

I have low fletcher, 560-ish, and i tend to ignore any message coming through the broad channel. If people pm me or just walk up to me, say hi and ask if i could make a bow or something almost never say no ...unless the person in question is a total ass

in general ... any message not addressed to me i don't respond to.. same with my shammy when people start yelling End Plz!

Pretty much exactly the same as Uhrd here with my armour crafter (cept I have 1084 skill ;) ).
If someone asks me direct if I'm an armour crafter and can I make them some armour I usually say yes, if I can get the leathers made for chain/or they want studded. General /b msgs tend to get ignored.

The other problem as well is that a lot of the high level crafters, in my opinion only of course, don't seem to want to do any orders unless its for MP/99% arcanium stuff.

Edit: Oh yeah, anyone yelling end regen plz or any other variety of such request without the benefit of a properly constructed sentence directed at me personally either gets ignored or, if I'm in a bad mood, told to go away in a less than polite manner.

People who can't even take the time to type - Could I have an end buff please Cadiva? - don't deserve the time it takes me to reply No ;)

I quite happily take any orders going when playing my Tailor. Whether it be for low level stuff, or for 'any qual' stuff, or for 99/MP stuff. It all gives a profit, and it all helps the realm, so I don't have anything to loose by taking orders.

Sometimes when you craft you are AFK for a few mins. At least I am. Then it is possible that you miss a send from someone. Otherwise I always answer requests, even if I don't have the time or skill to do the weapons.
I think some crafters are only crafting to their guilds, but if that is how it is they should say so to people asking them.
