Gonna play around in Hib/pryd for a bit.
But want to solo it.
So what's the best solo hib class?

Preferably not one where you have to spend lots of dosh upgrading expensive armor.

So probably spell caster, maybe one that uses pets I dunno..

Suggestions?

Enchanters are good soloers, with damage shield on pet and pbaoe things should go ok fast.

Can't talk much about mentalists since I've never played them, but they have access to pets aswell :p

Hmm, no im afraid Hibernia doesn't have any of those, you'd better roll a rejuv bard.

Gonna be hard to make a rejuv bard since last time i looked rejuv is an albion spec line

easy solo class is the Champion, that one is quite easy.

caster class has to be the enchanter, close followed by the manamentalist.

Wardens shouldent be to much of a problem soloing with, if you want a healer class.

Light-specced enchanter is very good, go light until 40 - then you respec to mana for easy access to groups

Light-specced mentalist is good too if u put somep points in mana for power-regen

Void-Eldritch is also good due to bolt.

Good soloclasses/-spec that is

I'm a light-spec ment, and solo'd pretty much exclusively up to the early 40's (when solo'ing xp just becomes stupidly slow for any class).

Light spec menta are very fast solo xp, and will only get faster after 1.62 when the mana drain on pets is halved. Firstly, there's an awful lot of heat-soft mobs in hib and the light ment spec nuke is heat. Seconldly, you can use a yell/oran con pet with dam shield to hold aggro, while u peel off mobs with ur DD or even use aoe dd on green cons. Thirdly, you got crack...

Downside is currently the mana drain on pet is currently too high at low lvls and they wont be much use till at least 20th+. Still, even with out pet you should be albe to chain yells pretty quick.

tbh tho'...if you just wanted a char to solo, i'd get 2 accounts and get a chanter + buff bard. that combo is ridiculous :)

Maeloch, 50th ment.

Not_another_fucking_Enchanter...mmkay?

Nerf them. Nerf them good, so I can finally play my (light, yes, light-specced) Chanter again.

Dung beetles > flavor of the month characters/players.

Spec creeping path... for a challenge. :p

I personally find the Animist pet a pain in the arse. Give the little fiend little legs, so you don't have to recast the bugger every time you move to a different spot.

Walking shrooms... hrm... *is lazy*

Get hold of some good maps and away you go. Pet, DoT, buffs and heals and if you get bored with soloing you can sneak into a group too. If you stick to yellows and just keep chaining them you can get enough money to keep yourself kitted out.

Access to DF helps with armour :(

PvE solo go mana ment then respec to light at 40+ i guess can kill lots like light elds can by chaining oranges until oom, except ments get crack :)

If you want solo rvr get a shade with 50 stealth to hide in a corner while they mids zerg goes by and you dont get hurt :)

light chanter or light ment.

0-15 /s Task.

15-20 Parthfarm grp/Solo Roane maidens and stuff around that area.

23-25 Irewood Sapling.(Connacht)

25-29 Young Irewood.(Connacht)

30-34 Irewoods.(Druim Cain)

34-37 Aughuskies/Pookhas (Gorge/Cain/Connacht)

37-41 Duo light mage Irewood Greenbarks.

41-46 Solo Irewood Greenbarks.

46-50 Fuaths/Bocanaches.(Gorge/Breifiene)

Light Ment advantage: Power regen.
Light Chanter advantage: Per wich nukes for a nice amount.

All these above are very weak to Light spec (Heat) and should be able to semi-chain kill yellow/oranges of these.

Hope this helps.
