That whole generation of young actors had so much talent but just seemed to get totally lost in the money/fame they garnered Grew up watching and loving a lot of their films,(this, Stand by Me, Breakfast Club etc)
Quite sobering for me personally as he's the same age as me, which totally brings into perspective death and opportunities he's never going to have etc.
I just think its sad the missed opportunities he had because he got sucked into drug addiction; I mean lots of actors are the same (Charlie Sheen's just out of rehab again) but with the money they make they could do so much cool, fun stuff and yet they choose to sit about getting zonked. It might just be me but that sounds lame as hell.
Maybe it's something to do with the type of personality you need to have to be an actor or something I don't know but if I had that much money there are like a hundred trillion other things I'd rather do with it than buy drugs...chocolate peeps maybe, but not drugs.
