Looks like the defualt UI after a certain patch, its on us servers atm i think, couldnt tell you which patch tho =/

Ouch what a dogs breakfast.

Messed around with many UI's, Viddys was last one I used but found it caused me not insignificant lag in RvR, so gone back to vanilla SI for RvR, if on ML/Arti raid or other pve like labby then switch back to Viddys with the valmerwolf maps for well, the maps.

Prob with UI's is that ive spent lots of time getting them as I like em, then find that they stop getting updated.
