depends on your char. If you are a caster/support then ablatives to try stay alive as long as poss. Otherwise, the DoT from your proc could make the enemy unmezzable to some1 who is trying to help u

Really should be some realm/class-specific procs :]
ALthough god knows if one realm got a slightly stronger DD proc and another got a reactive snare or something, there'd be no end of (extra) whines. Maybe not a good idea after all, hrm

never do dot if on armour if you going to play in "good" rvr groups as it breaks root.
think ablative is best for all classes exept minstrels.
or maybe a mix between ablative or haste/heal.

For what class?
Not that it makes a huge difference to the answer - ablatives are wonderful things - take 6 of them.
Unless you can somehow get a heal proc drop from Sidi.
