Seeing as a lot of us wont have ToA till Friday or not at all, what changes are coming in this patch that will make a difference?!?...

Better looking for group system.. never really used this but Im sure it will help a lot of ppl.
Major one is the battlegroup system.. this tells you everyone in the BG and says whether they are grped or solo etc.. also can announce a treasurer.. so all items looted over a certain level will goto one person! Big raids should be made a lot easier with this and no more waiting for ppl to hand over the items!
The group window and mini grp window now change players name different colours depending on status.. major ones showing mezzed players and diseased players. Information is power.
Anything else?
