what to buy

So I think I'll give this thing a try. Should I just buy the basic game, or also the expansion pack, or should I get the 'gold' version instead?

Dunno what the gold version is,but I think you'll want the expansion pack as well as the basic one,cos of the new gfx engine,the new areas with nice quests etc.

Think the gold version is a more recent classic and SI bundle (less patching required from install ;o )

And deffo buy the expansion, else you only have half the game.

You can't play with only SI, you must have both

I have bought the expansion I guess. Dark age of Camelot & Shrouded Isles. It came in the same box but has 2 cd's. So I guess.... there is nothing I have missed, right?

you cannot play SI without also having registered a classic cd key
