What should i spend realm point on for level 20 thurg?

In my opinion don't spend it. Save up 3 (easy to do in Thidranki) and get Mystic Crystal Lore - much better way of getting back power at lower levels than Serenity and it really will help you level up faster after. (Not to mention save your ar*e on several occasions!)

MCL is indeed the caster's friend. With MCL and Serenity you're chock full of mojo most of the time.
MCL defo better to get first because it doesn't have any prerequisites. Serenity 1 effectively costs 5 RA points since it needs aug acuity 2. Other RAs need aug acuity 2 as well but you can get them later.

I went for MCL then WP, but that is as Wizard and MPIII gives excellent crit bonus, getting a crit on almost every other DD or Bolt.
Then save up for MOC this will save you and your groups life many times.
