Its a necky, I have looked on the usual sites, they all say its a quest but give no info about the quest.

Any help is welcomed

Get the symbol of shortbeards clan quest (from the swarf in the tavern in atla) then take it (the symbol) to longbeard in aegirhammmmmman

you may have to be a certain level....
