I cant run fraps, but this works fine. Can record good quality and have little to no lag.

Cant really compare it to fraps, but from what Ive heard fraps is better. But this still works good.

Yes it does, ive used it to put together and edit fraps recordings Also very easy to use and doesnt eat as much system resources as other free-standing programs do.

If movie maker isnt working, you dont have the right Codecs. Most Frapped films are made with it.
