I'm into my house and trance mainly but I just about like anything.

Drum n Bass
Techno - Carl Cox style
Indie - Steroponics
Hip Hop - Lost Boyz

etc. etc. etc.

if you are into dance music, what nightclubs do you live in?

One thing I like about this board is you say house music or trance music and people know what you are talking about. Unlike the US boards!!

I listen to all kinds really... mainly Trance of course, but house, some UK underground garage, bit of drum and bass (anyone listen to cool FM or whatever? I like da kinda phat beats that they play - basslines r00l!!)

I also listen to a bit of indie, R&B and once in a bluemoon ya might find a 'reasonable' chart song... used to listen to happy hardcore but dont hold it against me!!!

Cant afford to goto big name clubs yet, I just stay local (live in stoke). When moolah comes my way Ill go to the likes of the ministry, cream, gatecrasher etc and see if these big clubs are up to what ppl say they are

mainly when i play i listen to punk stuff like NOFX, but if i'm feeling agressive you cant beat Rage against the machine or system of a down. REAL loud and its GOOD!

The things some people dont know about good Trance music is that it gradually gets inside and "brings you on". Some of it is quite fast, helps me bundles before playing a fast game.

Gettgin into a pissed/annoyed off state isn't the best answer when playing Q2/Q3 anyway. Being calm yet "geed up" for the match is what to go for.

Can't be bothered to put this in a better way cos I'm in a rush.

I buy mostly progressive house, its like "trance" except maybe a little mellower.
I buy it on vinyl too none of this poxy cd nonsense! Think it sounds better.
As for clubs i go to cream most often, maybe once every 6 months or so or whenever the gods sasha, digweed or cox are on.(i live in wigan)As for living in Stoke, why not go to golden at the void?
