Download the installer of dosbox if you wanna play UW2 linked above
Dead easy, just install dosbox. Then copy the uw2 game into say, c:\dosgames\uw2. Then run dosbox, and type "mount c: c:\dosgames". Then change drive to c:, go into the uw2 directory, set up the sound, and run the exe (of course being an old timer you'll know how to do all that)
