ok just got off the phone with a cust , who and this is no word of a lie, Enjoyed moaning about the fact that his system was sooo crap and infested with virus's that he was now blaming Who i work for as he's just gone Broadband. When i asked him how long he had been using the service he then went on at great lenght about how for 4 days now the Braodband hadn't been working...... and he has only had it 3 days.....


people like this should be shot will balls fo there own shite .......


dumb mofo , must have a really dull life if the best thing he can do is ring a support line on a sunday morning about this and keep the agent on the line for 1 hour 30 mins..

and no i didnt' fix his prob , as he refused to do anymore till i orginised a call back, which i did .. for monday

Because I have a feeling that's one hell of a lot of money he's just spent

it's a 0845 call , so a normal evening call per min .. nothing amazing .. guy was just a grade A idiot

we get so many idiots complaining We fucked their PC its unreal. one guy was personally going to sue me because he needed the Win98 cd to install the modem software. some other guy says we planted virii on his pc through his BB connection and it was our fault he got porn popups. another guy..

well you get the idea, the customers are always idiots. they are also never right
