ok just got off the phone with a cust , who and this is no word of a lie, Enjoyed moaning about the fact that his system was sooo crap and infested with virus's that he was now blaming Who i work for as he's just gone Broadband. When i asked him how long he had been using the service he then went on at great lenght about how for 4 days now the Braodband hadn't been working...... and he has only had it 3 days.....
people like this should be shot will balls fo there own shite .......
dumb mofo , must have a really dull life if the best thing he can do is ring a support line on a sunday morning about this and keep the agent on the line for 1 hour 30 mins..
and no i didnt' fix his prob , as he refused to do anymore till i orginised a call back, which i did .. for monday
