Guard works _poorly_ in PvE fights, and not at all in RvR, what the heck has the patch done to it?!

I used to protect casters etc good before patch, now I can't block anything!

works just fine from what ive noticed, hehe first time ive experienced someone blocking incoming attacks for me in rvr as well...

have you tried a lvl51 shield? They might have changed something there...

Buffed to 263 Dex 57 Shield and blocked 85% of attacks on Stormsteel my fellow GM and super skald against the Red Lady in Hib RvR dungeon yesterday, about 23 attacks. Guard works perfectly well.
