What happend to the small action in Odin's?

Just went there, myself and a Paladin greeted by 2-3fg's of Mids.


What happend to the quiet low scale Odin days?

ill tell you the reason why, its usualy one of these two possible answers

1) Alb/Hib took a keep, or tried, the defense arrives and takes the keep or defends it, then all decide to move to odins, i know a shame ;(

2) Alot of non-rvr focused guilds try to avoid emain when they wanna go out rvr, but because HW is usualy empty no guilds really go there (Cept for good old SoN :x) they end up going to odins.

So dont take our keeps and show up in HW a little more often to keep the zerg out of odins

Could it have something to do with the increased activity of the 2fg roaming albs and hibs in Mid frontier the last few weeks?

Easiest way to counter that is to turn up with same numbers, which leads to more albs/hibs, which leads to...

I never appreciated emain, even though i've given it like a million chances.

Another reason people say HW is quiet is because there ISN'T a zerg there. You'll often find 6 or 7 solo/duet folk up there, just patrolling and reporting when they are mown down by a group of enemy.

I fear that bravery and self confidence have now gone from the realms, leaving people too scared to roam alone, as they know the likely hood of finding another loner to fight, compared to the likelyhood of bumping into a group of uber hibs, is minute.

Every realm is guilty of teh zerg, when it comes, they whine, when it doesnt they complain it's too quiet.

FFS, even stealthers who are designed for self preservation, hunt in packs now!!! get some balls, all of you!!!

besides, whats more fun?

a) Zerg-up, maim all in path, repeatedly, til a bigger zerg comes along and beats you all down. R&R for more of the same.

or

b) Sneaking around a milegate on your own/with a couple of guildies, avoiding the 2 groups of enemy that passes, spotting another loner/duet/trio wandering nearby, and having a straight fight to the death?

i know which i prefer...

Gets zerged like hadrians nowadays so I don't got much place to rvr at all

And if you go to HW at day times its not so zergy but usually BDs camping all MGs....so is like a zerg anyways....

I don't mind that i got zerg'd, just thought that Odin's was quiet and wondered if it still was a smaller scale (1-2FG fights) RvR area.

There are several solo peeps who go to Odins alot, like Bananplokaren (or however you spell it ) and also some guilds ive noticed Onslaught there in a fg now and again, but the reason it gets zerged is because either peeps get fed up of emain that day or they are peeps left over from a keep retake or defense, thats all it is

just a question now that i notice it, why do mids never really mind walking to odins, and hibs to emain, but albs moan about going to HW, its not THAT hard lol

ending with 7 people ganking on arvakr
