What does it take to lock a zone?

Curious what it takes to lock a zone?

Taking the Keeps and BOs seem to be a fixed amount. So how much of the other things needs to be done? (Scenarios, PQs, PvP)

You need to be on the right side on your server, destro has 9 of 10 zones in all tiers and for the fun we went to a tier 2 took outposts and went for keep..

Thing was we were 15 ppl or so, and 4 lv20 hero's plus keep lord we died like shit.

Also a major bs thing is this game cant get ppl to do anything, spam zone LFM to take keep.....none gives a flying ass

Try making a new character and act all decent and stuff, perhaps then will you see some response. Anywho, I'm not entirely sure on what it takes to lock down a zone. Dragonwake on my server has been dominated by destruction for a while and it hasn't been locked down, reckon pve plays a rather large role. Hopefully that'll change.
