Food items on my desk :

Marsbars, selwyn college port, sunny delight, coffee, banana flavour milk drink, tuna (x4) water, more coffee, guinness. joosters.

I usually try and be healthy, ham salads an stuff. As my ever increasingly sedate lifestyle is doing nothing for my figure :) But today I am working straight through till around 11 pm from 9 am. So have found it really easy to justify a sausage and egg sandwich for breky with other bought goodies to see me through the day. Oh and two mini caramel bars I stole from my 2 year old son this morning, (but ssshhhhhh).

The words candy, steal and baby spring to mind

A granary baguette with chicken, sage and onion, lettuce and cucumber. I wub our canteen. :)

Well, I work in a bar, so I don't eat much while I'm there, but I drink pretty much whatever I like. :)

We got a massive vending machine at work which I loot as the mood takes me. Mostly the Twix's that disappear as I need the energy at that time in the morning.

Have been known to snack on Salt and Vinegar crisps too.

For an amusing day in the office, I find baguette's stuffed full of healthy goodness (and a bit of meat) to be rather satisfying :)

Oh and crisps too, can't be without them. And lots of water :D

I am quite lucky in the fact that right across the road from where i work is a sainsburys so i have a pretty much choice of anything :D

I usualy go for a pasta salad of some kind.
