What do you do during downtime?

Personally i lift dumb bells rather than just sit there and do nothing like most people,just wondering if they do anything constructive?

I go and have a cup of tea or watch tv with the wife, sometimes have hour long downtims just standing somewhere. come back, read the /as and /gu and carry on.

Usually I just read a book, i've typically got 2-3 within arms distance when i'm playing DAoC. Especially when i'm doing somthing like Crafting. I used to browse FH but people kept mistaking me for being AFK which lead to much explaining and the occasional kicking from groups
