goto to a merchant that sells them and buy them, it will withdraw the appropriate amoutn of bounty points from you, TBH those stones/totems whatever WERE actually earlier active realm abilities with single charges.
Theres power restore, heal restore etc

drag one to quickbar slot, when u wanna use it, hold down yer use key (default is E) and hit the qb slot it's on - gotta be outta combat

Is there ever going to be anything else to spend these damn points on? If not I will start spending them on these junk stones, smell effect is better than none I suppose.

Are bounty points not used in Keeprepairs or somesuch ? I heard that mentioned in an /as or /gc chat sometimeback. Not sure if it was right/ in use/ in a future patch etc. It was to do with when a guild takes over a keep they could use their combined BP's for doors repairs/upgrades or the like.
Of course I may be talking out me arse, thats not entirely unusual

gengi... Guild BP's can be used to claim and upgrade the equipment used in a keep (not doors, that needs wood). The guild bp's are seperate to personal ones. EG u get 10bps from a kill.... 10 get added to the guild bps and 10 get added to your own. You can spend your own bp's on what you want, the guild bps will not be affected (do /gc info to see howmany ure guild has).
At the moment, you can only use them on the stones. However, if they bring in player houses... or personal horses they may want to use bps? or maybe it will just cost cash... dunno, no-one knows yet.

Player housing took a dirt nap, Mythic don't even refer to it anymore and there will be no new content until at least 2 bug fix patches for SI.
