When they made /level avaible ... all i can c now in GOthwaite harbor is lvl 20 alts begging for some coins to get to Camelot...

Couldnt Goa afford to give away 1g atleast or less so the gimps would bug off?

I think if they all popped through the portal and spoke to that NPC in Outland Wharf, she'd give them 50s and a free ticket to West Downs. But I'm tired of telling people that ;/

Well, the easy way is get a task pre lvl 5, go to 20, kill the tasked monster, go back, bingo, 27s.

The only problem is that most of them are too damn lazy to actually do this, i suggest making a macro for /level beggers telling them to do this.
