What Class is Teh Ub3R? (or what FOTM to level)

Hi, just messing around at work with the Duskwave stats and decided to find out which really was the best 1337 class in RvR.

Here are stats for all the classes, showing the standard duskwave stats, and also Average RPs per character and Avg Rps/avg level squared.

It is sorted by average Rps per character.

Obviously these are skewed by FOTM new /leveled chars, but its the best i could do. Nice to see that the top three has one from each realm. I realise that Barrysworld can't show them the best, but there you go.

Funny that the top 2 of the SI classes are the Midgard ones, hmm, who would have thought that?

If someone can tell me how to stack them nicely (you can't use tab whoever suggested that) then I will edit it.

Incidently, sorting by AVG RPs per char, taking into account avg level, gets

1/ Blademaster
2/ Merc
3/ Minstrel
4/ Infil
5/ Warden

and handicapping for level even further gets

1/ Blademaster
2/ Minstrel
3/ Infil
4/ Hero
5/ Merc

So go light tanks. And whine more mid and hib, Infs are the best assasins. Cry more Skalds, Mni's wtf omg pwn joo lol.

One thing to remember for all the FoTM hoppers - mana chanters are shite in Thid No MoC, no BAoD, no heat debuff

I have 2 level 50's, a mentalist and a valewalker.
Mentalists are 34/38 and Valewalkers don't even make the chart

Are these stats for Excalibur? I'm sure Mentalist & Valewalker are lower than this on Prywden.

Could you sort the stats by ave RP per level 50 character? (To get rid of any bg skew)

My gut feel is that there are classes like cabalists where there aren't many active RvRing level 50s, but the ones who do actually do quite well.

Second point there overrides the first, though. Look at the numbers of shaman, healers, clerics etc... (I assume most of the healers aren't buffbots, though, because people would normally level a shaman for that?)

but buffbots don't (normally) get rp so the buffbot classes calculations are bollocks

As we all know there are problems with any set of stats, hence the list taking into account level. You forgot to mention that lower level characters can't get as many RPs as older ones too- getting only 1 rp in the bgs for example.

There are also a host of /level 20s that might not go any further. Again I apologise for this it cannot be helped, and I did say so in my original post.

And Linnet, just for you and because one of my chars still wears Linnet mk 1 cloth, I'll work on level 50 stats if i can get at them.

Mana-elds get root?

If a mana-eld spec to 50 he'll be able to spec 19 light and, among some other utility, get a 16 secs AE-mezz.

So... instant AE-Str/Con debuff, AE-mezz, stun, snare-dd/PBAE would be more likely

Ermmm, I dont see why being high on this list makes the class the "best" class? It might aswell be a sign that infil or whatever is highest is the easiest char to get to high rp. In other words to me this list means didly when figuring whos the best.
