What Artis can a Tic. wear ??

Just a simple question what artis can a Heretic wear ?? :worthy:

I have been trying to look at visionofsages but cant seem to find the answer there.

Are they considered as caster and can wear Cloudsong, jacina's Sash etc. or are they seen more as tanks and can wear same artis as exampel a reaver ?
