I have rang and emailed european dark age of camelot and even the american dark age of camelot team so many times, maybe you the players are more organised, you can probably get the drift of my problem from this copied and pasted email i have saved

Hi, one of my accounts (ddally) has currently being terminated because it has been inactive for quite some time, please can you re-activate it for me? I am in Europe and play the Excalibur server, i have tried emailing the daoc team in europe but their email address is not working.
I have also tried purchasing 1 month, but it has not worked, i have clicked it several times too.
It may be a credit card error, if so, how can i change my credit card details? (i cannot do it through my personal information on my account page, i have already tried.)

NO! omg, how many times do i have to ring and email?? sorry, but please understand the account i want reactivating is not ssandell!!!! it is ddally NOT ssandell BUT ddally, now please sort this problem out before I have to see my lawyer!
Because my account ddally has been terminated due to inactiveness!!
IF it comes to it, just delete my fricking account so i can re-use my cd-key, if you need my details for this for security reasons because you cannot do any of the above then just say so instead of messing me about, otherwise i'll just go purchase and play the online game shadowbane.
