Were is Qan'ris Duros

Anyone know the were abouts of this Named Drack in Dales .. found him once just left of the bridge/drack village but could not find him again anywere .. any ideas of Loc or Movment pattern's would be a great help.. just a note i dont meen Ris'nir Cruss who moves between the Low and Medium Ghost families

I saw him at the same spot you mentioned but also only once yet, didnt see him anywhere else.
