... an excelent demonstration of how to work as a realm... will you be releasing an "Idiots Guide.." for us albs any time soon? it seems most of us are still more concerened about realm points than relics. no doubt we'll need showing how its done again since our last relic assaults where pretty continous over a weekend, and we couldnt even get your doors down, yet in one night you take 2 relics with no real defense effort once the relics where away from excalibur. dont get me wrong, alot of people tried, and Larsa was trying her best in Alliance chat, but most of the turn out did there own thing. well timed, well planned, and a good team effort

just wanted to pop in and say im proud of midgards relicraid today, everything went smooth. I dont think i have ever seen those relicdoors going down so fast :)

After we got the relics out i was kinda looking at every single deathmessage nervously hoping it wouldnt be from the carriers...

A big salute firstly to all those that organised it, secondly to all who attended it. GREAT WORK

That was a fairly interesting raid, but Midgard did a good job of it, /salute.


Just a little convenient that most of us were making our way down to meet Legion. Even Hibernia tried to cash in on the fun with a surprisingly large force <looks around with paranoid eyes>.

Regardless of the coincedences, that was a good raid for Midgard ;)

This raid has been cooking since 18th of october (afaik, perhaps even earlier).

So, bow to albion who obviously did not have any information prior to the raid or did the honorable thing by not acting on such information.

No most albs where still just inside DF first albs began moving out when last door was on 20 % . Still after most went to defend relic there where like 30 albs not including green + grey con in DF ?
Damm some one should have pulled some mobs to get them out , well Iam happy they stayed :)

Time to put my healer on top of mjollner and get my blue smurf to Odins

One of my last nights in Mid, and I got given the honour of providing escort for both Relic Bearers.

Cheers to Azal, for giving me a heart attack going the way he did to meet us. :D

Cheers to Wendela, for leading our rag-tag little band to take Erasleigh. :whip:

Cheers to Bloodied for keeping our Keep Lord company at Eras. And then for screaming at us for cover. :D

Albs, and Hibs, came within sight of Azal. Maedhros came withing waiting 10 seconds for Bloodied. Instead he PA'd someone else and died shortly after. ;)

Grats to Roo, and all the other leader from the various guilds/alliances. Damn, we middies can work together even with multiple alliances. :)

Guess I'll have to get the Hibs to take them all now. ;)

Ooh yea, and here are some insight for you.

This was Roo's idea from the get go 3 weeks ago, we talked a bit about it and decided to take the hib str relic, but then albs captured the hib str relic, and at the big raid-powow a week ago, we decided to go for Excalibur instead.

Big kudos to the organizition with rams, those people that always bring rams on raids are the unsung heroes in my book.

Can't enter stealth with a relic, so it's not exactly a bravery thing being unstealthed :/

Apart from that, well done mids, nicely planned and executed raid :>

Nice work Mids! I logged on 30 minutes after you'd got the 2nd relic home safely. Otherwise I'd have soloed the lot of you !! Umm, yeah, right ;)

So - what happened?

Don't like the sound of some Alb's not coming to defend ... we do appear to have too many people who are out for themselves and don't give a stuff for the realm. But /salute those who turned up to try and keep our damn relics.

Make sure you get some nice screenies guys, cos we'll be popping round for them anytime soon...

Can't you evil mids let me little sorceress quietly craft in peace within excalibur. Just as I felt the elation of making a masterpiece silksteel doublestiched cloth boot, I got nuked to kingdom come.

Being the first to die (and to raise the alarm to the others), I proceeded to lie there quiety and report back what I saw. A damn fine effort mids, that was very well organised and executed.
Timed for the evening when we would all be on Camlann. Damn you! That was our idea too! :)

It was a very nice raid, everything went smooth, nice job all!

One thing I don't get though. I was the BK-scout during the raid, and I saw (roughly guessed) 70 different albs coming out from there. I didn't see deathmessages from even half of them. So I assume you went to Hadrian's or something to wait? My thought was when I had seen 70 albs come out of there and the last door still was at 70% that we would have no chance. But luckily you didn't do a collected charge against the rk, so we got away :)

Was my first time on a successful Prime time Relic raid and we got 2 :)

Was Dam fun having the Hibbies turn up and grats to Bloodied on he evasion of his siegers :)
Nice SS's even got some of my kills on there :)

Congrats to all midgardians that took part and to the guys at the relic keep as i was part of the Ragtag group with Wend and brannor.

I was shocked by the CG of
"relic door 50%" what seemed seconds later
"1st door down" :)
Good work door guys

Now i just need a few more levels and my epic armour and i can really help Mid :)

I think the hibbies had a bigger force than the albs in Hadrian..
erm who invited them btw?? thought it was a private party?? :)

still wondering why albs stayed at excal when relics were neutral instead of going to mmg or something, wasnt many there. excal was empty, nothing there to protect.
