Thanks to the fuckup on GoA´s side, our entire evening was useless, we didn´t cost the Alb so much as a copper, we lost our Corpse Summoner we´d been waiting for for over two hours and when the server was a bit stable again, turns out the claiming was bugged so we didn´t get our CS back! GoA, I´m paying money for this game, better get your act together!

Last night, the Hibernian army decided to raid the relics of Excalibur as you know. At the same time, the Midgardians were planning quite the same thing and, surprised to see the Hibernians around the frontier of Albion, decided to join in. The forces of Albion were also ready and defending in the area.
Overall, more than 450 players were in a very small area and then the zone-server crashed.

Our servers are a bit over the requirements of Mythic (and their servers) and, while they can handle most of the RvR action, the load we encountered last night was too much. Prydwen very seldom crashes, but it is a known issue, both by us and by Mythic, that zone-servers crash when facing too many players in the same area. This is being worked on but is not an easy thing to solve.

Be sure that our network admins and the ones from Mythic are doing their best.

When I heard that first door were down, I did /as Everyone get to sauvage and crash the zone!. I were jokeing thou, but when /who sauvage showed 300+ I started to get worried.

Anyway, those to blame for the crash are not hibs or Albs, it's the Mids. If they tried to do something alone and not butt in, we would've had trouble holding you guys back.
