Great teamwork to all those very tired peeps who helped retake a few keeps back,its now 4 in the morning and we have only just logged off,a lot of different guilds there to very nice to see

Prior to that though, Albion was in a bit of disarray.
The first time we tried to retake Renaris, we got very close, but failed at the lords room. It could have been an easy victory if the 20 level50 albs I saw zapping over to emain had come with the main retake force.
The second time we tried to retake Renaris, it was nothing more that a token 'suicide' attack as we only had about 15 albs.
While the mids were occupying renaris, we had a force attacking Mid keeps. I can't quite understand why?
I know capturing keeps is partly the aim of the game, but so is defending the realm, and also, as a games player, I like to go where there are enemy players and no just computer controller Varls.
If the Hibs had any brains they would have taken the initiative and tried to capture some relics. I'm sure the Mids could also have made an attempt on the relics too.

Actually Plebo there was an attempt to retake Renaris before the one you mention. A few groups turned up to help, but we were outnumbered and - for the most part - outlevelled.
I know that some people who did not turn up and went to Emain considered attending the keep retake would just be gifting realm points to the Mids. Can see where they are coming from ... but if everyone took that attitude Mids and Hibs would freely take our keeps, and then our relics, easy as pie on a regular basis.
Taking an undefended keep is more boring than being chain mezzed in RvR ... but taking (or even trying to take) a defended keep is bloody good fun. And though the Mids might have made a good few rp's my group did too -- it was certainly more fun than following the zerg in Emain, 50 Albs all chasing the one troll who wasn't invited to the party at Renaris.
It's my hope that as a realm we learn to help each other out more, and pull together more - this is a team game after all. Even if you don't enjoy RvR very much put yourself out and bring that level 50 out the closet and come help. Not flaming anyone who wants to play their own game (be it levelling alts, crafting or zerging Emain while the Mids are taking our keeps) just asking them to relook at the game from a team perspective, and see what they're contributing to Team Albion.

dont think its very offending in any way. though, it is not just another team game. it is a game, where people decide their own content, and as such, it cannot be expected that they play it the Team Way. It can be hoped though (which, i think, is what youre doing, so all is well )
