Just popping in to say hello after yesterday's action in Hibernia. I don't know if any of the people on these boards were involved, but after your attempt on our relic keep in the early afternoon (which cost us some serious coin - you buggers), we decided to teach you a bit of a lesson, so the Knights of Albion alliance (Order of the Knights Templar and Griffon Knights) launched an impromptu raid into Hibernia after retaking Erasleigh.
Our initial aim was to go bash your relic doors. However, after taking Crauchon, Crimmthain and Bolg, we had started to lose folks, so we decided the next best thing would be to draw out your army for a big scrap. That's when the fun started! We went and took Na nGed, and then Scathaig, and we knew from reports that Bolg and Na nGed were retaken that you were out there somewhere, but we just couldn't find you. You really must be seriously in-tune with nature to be so well disguised. We figured you wouldn't want to attack us if we were in a keep, and we wouldn't want to attack you likewise, but we were getting bored running around without seeing anyone.
Finally, we decided that we'd go kill some Mids who were camping our portal keep and milegate as usual (boy did they get a shock when the door opened from their side and 30 Albs poured through !), and we left a stealther in Crimmthain to let us know if you showed up so we could nip back and crush your force between ourselves and the keep walls. I'm delighted to say you did indeed show up, and were duly crushed. It was a lengthy sojourn, and my first that deep into Hbernia - most enjoyable, for which my thanks. For the record, the red and white cloaks with the cross are the Templars, and the green and white cloaks with the dragon are the Griffons. If you keep coming to our lands, expect to see more of them.
PS - your frontier is so EMPTY. In the Pennines, if you step a few yards from the path (or even sometimes on it) you find lvl 45-55 aggressive beasts. There are very, very few off-road routes which are safe for even lvl 50s. Yet in Breifene, we ran around for miles without knowing the way and didn't encounter a thing. Has overhunting wiped out the frontier wildlife of Hibernia - discuss...
