Weird Phobias

I was listening to XFM this morning and it had people ringing in with their weird Phobias. One guy would not sit at a table where Garden Peas are served with Dinner

Some woman won't goto the Circus as she has a mortal Fear of Clowns. CLOWNS for god sake. Is nothing sacred

Other regular offenders included Bannanas, Spiders and Snakes

Personally Im none to keen on Horses. Look weired and always trying to stare you out when you get close. Ships are a no no and im not overly keen on the touch of soap or cotton wool.

Anyone else get any strange fears or phobias

i dont have any strange ones. my mother is SCARED of peaches though. not just dislike them, she is acctually terrified of the hairy littles shitballs.

If anyone throws up near me and i see it, I faint. I do everything in my power to not do it myself, and the only time I've thrown up in the last 15 years is when I accidentally drank a crate of budweiser

If someone (or an animal) is going to puke, I have to get out of the room sharpish.

I've had a fear of clowns since reading IT when I was young, oh and some random TV shows with clowns as bad guys.

I have since taken pity on clowns, mainly because of clown himself.

What happens when you see someone throw up on TV/film? Still stomach churning or is it the reality of the vomit you hate?

Bit of both, I can bear it, but I still instinctively look away or try not to hear it.

It's not even stomach churning for me, it's not like it makes me sick. It just makes me faint or feel very close to it.

Oh well thanks, I really dont like being near clowns at all, for one I think they scare the fuck out of me, last time I saw one get close to me I nearly smacked him while pushing him away from me (Was the in your face type).

I also hate people puking... Just gets me wrenching, last time i was ill enough was when i caught some nasty bug on a school trip down to Wales... typical, that however was around 8 years ago.

Plus the fact i dont drink alcohol, so i dont suffer hangovers and such.

I hate clowns... Ever since IT and Doink the Clown given me nightmares ever sink
