Anyone of those fitness people out there want to give me some ideas of what to buy from the supermarket this weekend, the key word being "balanced" rather than "diet"
also needs to be some stuff that is nice and easy (quick) to cook.
Typicaly I have a bowl of bran flakes and a glass of OJ in the morning, munch on 3 or 4 bits of fruit in the day then have a propper cooked meal for dinner.
