So the year is off to a nice start, got a lil freelance gig(3k+) for a month, but as we speak, my landlord is walking away from the apartment after informing me "Right, remodelling coming to pace, until end of next month to vacate.

I was a bit and a bit and now i'm a bit "Hmm."

Well i was hoping to move away when i could so i could live by myself, but damn, this is a kick in the butt from the universe.

Oh and, thanks Karma, i sure did like this after being such a ncie fella and choosing to do good this year.

Nah, didn't want to make a bigger deal out of it. I'm sub-lenting(as in not the main tennant), so he has the right to kick me out today if he wanted to. I could fight it, but i would only get an exra month if that out of it.

It happened with me when my folks moved away and I had the choice to move with them. I decided to stay in my "home town" and go it alone.
Best thing that happened to me looking back at it now.

i dont like surbiton it smells funny, have heard ewel/epsom areas supposed to be one of nicest places to live in UK (was on the same show that said some part of manchester was worst place to live, it had beaten Hull to bottom spot )

It's Berrylands that smells funny due to the water treatment works. In Surbiton it's fine. They're lovely areas, I commute from here to central and Lindsey needs decent access to her workplace (Kingston Uni).
