Since when did "bringing down the servers for a little while" constitute 3hrs????

add to that, if they have that many staff that they can do ALL the servers maintenance at once (otherwise why would they have bought the lot down? why not one at a time? ) how comes it takes so long for a rightnow response to a complicated query?

With each passing month I become more and more convinced that Mythic should take this game away from GOA and let a competent company that cares about the players run it in Europe.
