web came..all blur :/

kk bought a philip web cam £60 etc.. lalala

was workin fine...then next day i used and image is very blur :/

...on box say not to point at sun lite.. did not but did point at monitor v close :/ is that why its blur?

sigh got frm pc world... got to arguu with them 10 year to get swap now.

Hi there

I don't have a Philips webcam, but on the one I do own there is a focus dial close to the lense. Sometimes it's easy to twist this when cleaning and that in turn blurs the picture. I don't know whether this is the case with your webcam, but it may be worth checking (it's usually always the small things that cause the problems ).

If you post the model number of your camera and your operating system that may help.
