Web based IRC?

I am stuck at Uni behind a firewall and would like some pointers. I need an IRC prog that is purely HTTP based as anything else I've tried won't work. The only thing that showed promise was this.... http://www.hexus.com/users/hexus/irc.html
But it times out.

i dont think they let traffic to port 666*, and thats why its tiing out..
at least what they do at college.. and none of the web based IRC clients work

so if anyine knows one that will port 80? i'd be sooooooo happy

preferably to the quakenetwork
