hes called evo, he usually in his house crafting em when people go in. tochew i seen you around hehe my char is called Gourmet. damn we even grouped last night, you remember? that was totally crazy. i will email the WP's when i log in.

Apparently Laser Rifles are currently unavailable because one of the requisit resources hasnt appeared in the Chimera galaxy yet.

just use the search menu on the communities for a weaponsmith. if you cant find any i think iria has recently reached the lvl where she can craft laser carbines. if all fails join rebels and buy the faction point laser carbine you can join imperials and get it but i wouldnt advise it
