unless they pre-power i'd imagine vamps get power starved pretty easy vs someone that evade/parries most of their hits relying only on omni-procs they arent going to get much claw spam on the go.

even if pre-powered vamps are not a problem at all, they cant match my dps even if pre-powered and claw spammin., i could alternate and get matter to 23 but will have to drop cold to 21 then, and im already cold weak.

also i cap h2h skill with any weapon i run, i cap dex with my usual mainhand of choice.. dragon weaps. I only really bust out the leggies vs sneaks and vamps where its really worth it to have dual heat leggies. also my heat leggies have matter resist on em (which is always what i run vs vamps)
