Weapon of Choice

As a Norse skald , what weapon should i go for ? Best damage against Hibs/Albs that is ?
I use sword atm , just wondering if its better using Hammer or Axe depending on damage against others , End usage of styles and nice styles until lvl 44, since i will only get the weapon to that lvl.

Axe will probs do more damage quicker. Hammer will do more over time (given the incredibly low end usage of Provoke/Lambast/Conquer). I find I run out of end pretty quick anyway with Hammer (spend a lot of time running down Minstrels, and those shouts eat it as well), so it suits me fine. I avoid Champs, Heroes and Wardens anyway, so my deficit against them doesn't affect me too much.

Choose what you like most. I went for Axe since the nice drops, its awesome looks its effectiveness against Skald's primary "soft" targets and it's perfect support-fighter style (Evernight, high damage, low end, bleed and not too much aggro).
