How much is weap dye's worth?

Bugger all, since I can't find any weapon that's dyeable with them.

I was on a TG raid 3 nights ago and we had several drop - is it only TG-dropped weapons that are dyeable with them, then? A bit frustrating if that is the case...oh well...
