Since Kiarra suddenly stopt crafting weapons, who is/can craft arcanium weapons ?

And is it possible to craft arcanium tower shields ? and is it worth it ?

as to the first part- no idea, i think kiarra mentioned a pair of high weapcrafters in another thread.
As to the second part - yes it's possible, and... well, you get a shield with high quality (more damage with shield styles) and 35% bonus, which affects your chance to block and hit with shield styles.

yes .... although i can only craft the lvl 50 weapons at a max of 96% quality atm, this wont change untill we get next patch.

Duskwood Towershield is what you are after.... best possible quality on that from me is 97% atm
