Advisor Belias in Caer Caddug, not soloable due to adds sadly. He also procs a very nasty disease every few swings. The cloak quite rare but he also drops alot of high qual and high uv rog's to make camping him worthwhile.

Pfff, doable with 2 people. So far I've killed Belias with Cleric+Friar, Friar+Friar and Air theurgist+Friar

First of all don't 'pfft' me, he asked my opinion and I gave it. A duo may manage it with a normal amount of adds, if he yells within range of the other camps you get 20+ adds. I camped the fella for over a week and the adds vary drastically depending on how much and where he starts yelling for help.
