Still remember our very first visit to ydgraa's frontier keep in beta times ;|

stlong warden (malkaen/cuthervaen) stlong ranger (hothnogg) and the still lowbie tanking drood (me ;&)

we got horribly zerged but was a so good experience (the 3 of us standing in the road while the zerg chargued ^^)

hoth still in your debt for getting me into CF just after release after me bugging balnor as a level 21 ranger at end of beta. i think beta was very special in daoc for all who played it - simply because it was so fresh and exciting and you had to form groups of friends etc from scratch. think i played and deleted five chars in beta before my UBER ELF RANGER ^^^^^^^^^^

i know it wasn't always easy for u being a ranger in release, so much so that even tho Hothnogg was your char, you rolled the shield hero for groups (and were a very good guard).

thanks for all the help, groups, advice and other things like alchemy. u were always ready to listen and help - even to newbies who thought they new best *cough* .
