Wave Race, GameCube, to bloody hard

Am I getting old? or is Wave Race way to bloody hard?? Even if I find it hard, I bought the GC for my kids (cough) and they are finding it much to hard, to the point that we just dont play it anymore!!
Anybody else find this game to hard????

It is hard initially, but once you get use to the real wave physics you'll be steaming round.

Also, do go through the Tutorial. It's very good.

did the tutorial and have noted how stunts are a little harder to perform with this one - probably still adjusting to the joypad.

can't save as my memory card is out of stock - so i ain't played the flippin thing for 2 evenings!

Well I've kept at it and realised that speed is not important in this version........... still to bloody hard for young children though.
