lo peeps 
ok after daoc screwing up on me i had to re-install it. I backed up my char files etc & placed them in the new daoc installation folder. Daoc works fine & all my q/bars are as they were, but theres 1 slight prob. I cant turn the damn water effects OFF It makes me lag bigtime etc.. It used to be off but now i cant find the setting to set the water to "None" Im sure this was how i turned the water effects off last time?
edit: in DAoC the water is normal (no effects etc which is how i want it.) but when i fire up SI the water effects wont go away
Anywayz any help would be much appreciated, thx

okis think i know what the prob is, When i set water to classic or low reflection etc or any other gfx options i do from within SI it will reset its self (doesnt seem to be saving changes) i guess this is down the file that it saves it to being Read-only, but ive had a brief look in the SI folder & the files i looked at were all Archive ticked ... any ideas ?
