Here i stand camping shade of mist spot in Typhons reach.... Been there a few hours camping then it poped and i started to get my mates inc. So we builded this group up and tryed it but got wiped all but 1 healer cause he loged out. Well we started rezzing and then i decided to get a thane which were in Oceanus instead of 1 of the healers cause we had only 1 shield user. So i loged thane and started to move him then when he reached Volca and was otw a fg of a guild called: "Pagan Prosperitys" (or something like that)
and a Nolby Pride guy called: Kleinesen arrived and then they just pulled and i said: "Wtf you doing we kinda camping here". Then he just replied: "To bad life is a bitch" blah blah all stuff like that saying now we had our try and it was their turn though we've been there camping for long.

So fellow Midgarians imo if you camp some spot watch out for ghey twats like them. Fucking idiots running around thinking they own the entire place should be banned for uncivilized behaviours... MORONS !! :touch:

Personally - you should have stayed maybe 2+ at the camp spot or even with one - just spam "we've been waiting etc", if ppl then pull, then that's just bad - and I'd be tempted to try and pull the other large mobs on those pillars - as I believe the task gets reset if they don't get done in the right order.

The only other thing I would suggest is to maybe be a little more prepared next time, (i.e. when you see that the statue is close to appearing in the middle - have everyone on standy) and then do the quests with these tactics. Mug(person who is going to die 3 times) goes into the middle, pinches cloak, runs to almost the edge of the circle - 3 big mobs aggro on him, he dies. Pull 1 big mob to outside the circle, rezz Mug, kill 1st big mob. Mug picks up the cloak - run into circle, 2 big mobs kill him, pull 2nd big mob to outside the circle, rezz Mug, kill 2nd Mob. Mug gets cloak, run into circle, gets killed by last big mob. Pull last mob to outside the circle, rezz Mug, kill Mob. Pick up cloak - go into circle, then out again and hey presto shades of mist is yours.

Unfortunately the game is going to be gay sometimes with people like this who don't respect people waiting hours for an item, but I look it as in a month's time, all these people will be back out there RvRing and then artifacts will be able to be got, either at reasonable prices, or without all all this camping going on.

There's no such thing as camping. There is however, a thing called fighting. If you are fighting, "stealing" your mob is against the CoC and is a suspendable offense. If you are done wrong, report it to GOA and don't come here to moan. If you have no case to report to GOA, you weren't done wrong, and REALLY shouldn't come here moaning.

Matey we knew tactics etc thing is we were to few ppls in start and only 1 shield user and no pbt so i loged 1 of the healers (i was running 2 accs) and then on same acc there were this thane and i was otw with him when they came and stole spot

What a stupid thing to say Stubbe, FreddysHouse should be and will be a place to warn/inform other player's about excactly this isue.
and by saying "There's no such thing as Camping" i guess you should try youself write a well formulated letter to GOA or maby mythic in this matter why they designed the Artifact encounter spawns as they have done.

The thing I noticed with TOA is the excellent timing of some people. You can camp a mob with a long spawntime for up to 8 hours with noone else there...then 5 mins after pop a full group comes running. Some people are just great at guessing I suppose.

I do remember, that i was running around with my healer (Rjendug and a Sb named Logix ) We were going to shade of mist to see if it was popped, and i see dead NP people lay on the ground "uhm ok fair enough i think we can take this spot" then "anonymous" said to me "can u plz rez us" well surtanly i can - but as they were dead dident i have right to take the camp then ? After rez - we just got invited to bg - and they started up pulling again.

acording to Pagan Prosperity and Kleinesen you were fully alowed to take spot cause they just died so "They had their turn" (as Kleinesen said to me)
